First Frost

The first cold morning of the season, handled well. First Frost is our holiday Reset kit, built around warmth you can carry and a few small rituals that make winter feel softer.

Fill the Moment 12 oz insulated bottle with spiced cider made from Mills Gourmet Mulling Spice, a cinnamon, clove and citrus blend that turns a gallon of juice into the smell of the holidays. A Chai Spice plant-based protein from Elements Truffles makes a warm, steadying cup on busy mornings. The RAE Apple Spice shower steamer fills the shower with apples, cinnamon and spice for a few minutes of quiet before the day starts.

Every kit includes a Mindful Moments™ card. Scan the code for the four pillar meditations from A Personal Moment™, Reset, Unwind, Restore and Focus, which are free and always will be. The card also lets you listen to any four meditations from the full library before a membership is needed.
