Shipping policy

It’s a Moment, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably so you can enjoy every special moment without delay.

Fulfillment and transit are two separate windows. Every kit is handmade to order: fulfillment takes roughly 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Shipping then takes 3–7 business days once your order leaves our studio. For holiday and calendar-critical programs, we recommend starting 6–8 weeks out. 

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For a single kit shipped within the continental US at standard rates, expect roughly $7–$14. 

Corporate programs. For individually shipped programs, you provide a spreadsheet with each recipient's name, email address, and shipping address (phone numbers generally aren't required), and we drop-ship each kit directly to every recipient. You receive a shipping file with tracking numbers for every recipient. Staggered shipments are available on request. 

International. International shipping is available. International transit times can't be guaranteed, and customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient or the ordering client. 

Expedited orders. Expedited options affect shipping transit only — production can't be compressed because every kit is handmade.  PO boxes. We recommend street addresses; delivery to PO boxes isn't guaranteed.

Insurance. Shipments aren't automatically insured. For high-value programs, discuss coverage options with the team during discovery.
