How Corporate Gifting With It's a Moment Works
1. Tell us about the moment
Share who the kits are for (employees, clients, prospects, event attendees), the occasion, your budget, and any brand or personalization requirements. A short call or email is usually enough.
2. We design your kits
We propose kit contents, price points, and branding options that fit your budget. You approve. Every kit contents list is finalized in writing before we begin sourcing.
3. You send us the recipient list
Provide a spreadsheet of names and shipping addresses. We handle everything from there — packing, labeling, insured drop-ship delivery, and tracking notifications.
4. Kits arrive as a real moment
Each recipient receives a hand-assembled kit at their home or office. They also get access to our companion app with five complimentary guided sessions designed to help them reset, unwind, restore, and focus.
Order Minimums and Timing
Our minimum order value is $3,000. That's a dollar threshold, not a unit count — which means you can mix kit tiers, personalization levels, and shipping destinations without worrying about hitting a specific quantity.
Production takes four weeks from order confirmation to first shipment. Many of our components — the soaps, the candles, the branded inserts — are handmade or custom-procured, and cutting that window compromises quality. We ask corporate buyers to plan campaigns with this timeline in mind. For year-end recognition programs and new-hire onboarding pipelines, we recommend booking six weeks in advance.
