How the Design Process Works

2. Concept

We propose two or three branding directions with mockups, kit contents, and pricing tiers.

3. Sample

For programs above a certain threshold, we can produce a physical sample kit before full production begins. Ask about sample terms when you inquire.

4. Production and drop-ship

Once approved, we produce and ship. You get tracking on every recipient.

Terms

Minimum order value: $3,000. Production timeline: four weeks from final design approval. Custom-branded programs benefit from earlier lead times — six to eight weeks — to allow for design iteration and sample review.
