How the Design Process Works

1. Discovery

Share your brand guidelines, occasion, budget, and any inspiration references.

2. Concept

We propose two or three branding directions with mockups, kit contents, and pricing tiers.

3. Digital proof

You approve a digital proof of your kit — contents, branding, and card copy — before production begins. Physical sample kits aren't generally available, so the proof is your final check before we produce. Branded orders are final sale once production begins.

4. Production and drop-ship

Once approved, we produce and ship. You get tracking on every recipient.

Terms

Minimum order: 50 kits per kit configuration. Fulfillment timeline: roughly 4–6 weeks from final design approval, plus 3–7 business days of shipping. Custom-branded programs benefit from earlier lead times — six to eight weeks — to allow for design iteration and proof review.
