Any program of 50 kits or more per kit configuration qualifies — from fifty recipients to five thousand. Each configuration meets the 50-kit minimum on its own, and you can run multiple configurations under one program.

Can we split a bulk order into multiple ship dates?

Yes. Many clients place one bulk order and ship it in tranches across a quarter — for example, one shipment on the first business day of each month for a rolling employee-appreciation program. Let us know your cadence when you order.

What's your production capacity per month?

Because our components are handmade and custom-sourced, capacity is finite. We can accommodate large orders when they're placed with adequate lead time. For any bulk program above 500 units, we recommend an initial capacity conversation.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Pricing is as quoted for your program — we don't offer automatic volume discounts. Share your target volume and kit specification and we'll come back with a program quote.
